The Scottish Child Psychotherapy Trust is an independent charity committed to improving the lives of emotionally damaged children and adolescents through the development of child psychotherapy services across Scotland.

Our aims are to :

  • increase access to appropriate child psychotherapy for children and families in need of help through the establishment of services inside and outside the NHS
  • fund scholarships to individuals undertaking child psychotherapy training, particularly those who would otherwise be unable to train
  • fund training seminars for other professionals working with children to broaden their understanding of psychotherapeutic work with children.
